I had been looking for a Lift that would allow me to safely transfer my mother from her wheelchair into the car, and I was fortunate to discover that a new place had just opened a location in my small town of Thornbury, Ontario. I walked in and met Wallace Footman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He guided me through the insurance application process, then personally delivered and demonstrated the Multi-Lift at my home, making sure I was comfortable using it. Kindness truly makes all the difference. Thanks to Wallace's outstanding service, I have the Lift I needed sooner than I expected—and I feel like I've made a new friend in the process.
