The right equipment starts with the right measurements. Before we quote a stairlift, ramp, lift or bathroom conversion, we come to your home — free, and with no obligation.
What happens during an assessment?
A member of our team visits your home, measures the space (staircase, doorway rise, ceiling height, bathroom), talks through how you live in the house, and recommends what actually fits — including honest advice when a simpler, cheaper option will do the job. You get a written quote afterwards, usually the same week.
How long does it take?
Most assessments take 30–60 minutes. Curved stairlifts take a little longer because we photograph and measure every turn of the rail path.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Assessments are free across our whole service area — Simcoe, Grey, Bruce and Dufferin County.
