The Drive Gel-U-Seat Cushion is a 3″ gel‑and‑foam wheelchair cushion focused on skin protection and pressure redistribution, especially for people at higher risk of pressure injuries. It uses a high‑density foam shell around a dual‑chamber gel bladder, so the user sinks (immersion) and the gel wraps around bony areas (envelopment) to spread pressure more evenly.
