6-star service for our effort at a 4-day getaway in Collingwood - Sunday afternoon hospital bed delivery?  No problem!  Wallace went over and above to go and get more equipment for us, working until nearly 10 on Sunday night to make everything easy for mum. Nt inly dod they do a great job, but Kirk overheard my brother, the client, who is not well, on the phone with a scammer. He let me know and we were able to nip it in the bud before any harm was done.

A very happy coincidence! I had been looking for a Lift  that would allow me to safely transfer my mother from her wheelchair into the car, and I was fortunate to discover that a new place had just opened a location in my small town of Thornbury, Ontario.
I walked in and met Wallace Footman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He guided me through the insurance application process, then personally delivered and demonstrated the Multi-Lift at my home, making sure I was comfortable using it.
