6-star service for our effort at a 4-day getaway in Collingwood - Sunday afternoon hospital bed delivery? No problem! Wallace went over and above to go and get more equipment for us, working until nearly 10 on Sunday night to make everything easy for mum. I can't thank you enough for the great service, friendly help!

Nt inly dod they do a great job, but Kirk overheard my brother, the client, who is not well, on the phone with a scammer. He let me know and we were able to nip it in the bud before any harm was done.

Thank you so much Kirk for noticing and alerting me to it. This guy deserves a raise!

Wallace and his staff recently installed a tub insert into my bathtub. I highly recommend this company, as they are very professional, courteous, clean-up after installation and very reasonably priced.

A very happy coincidence! I had been looking for a Lift that would allow me to safely transfer my mother from her wheelchair into the car, and I was fortunate to discover that a new place had just opened a location in my small town of Thornbury, Ontario.
I walked in and met Wallace Footman, who was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He guided me through the insurance application process, then personally delivered and demonstrated the Multi-Lift at my home, making sure I was comfortable using it.
Kindness truly makes all the difference. Thanks to Wallace's outstanding service, I have the Lift I needed sooner than I expected—and I feel like I've made a new friend in the process. I highly recommend Wallace to anyone looking for compassionate, professional mobility solutions.

Excellent caring customer service. This is crucial for people needing their services. I tried several other companies in the region and it was a return call from Wallace minutes after I sent an email, that set the stage. When you need their services they are out to your home and making all the arrangements. Very quickly. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wallace was incredibly helpful when my family was looking for mobility solutions for my grandmother. He took the time to walk us through the available options, answer our questions, and make sure we found the right setup for her needs.

Customer service is hard to find these days, but these guys go above and beyond. It’s clear Wallace and the Silver Cross Grey Bruce team care about their customers and the communities they serve. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for mobility or accessibility solutions.

Highly recommended!
