If a wall stud is not available at the desired installation location, the PLUS Series Towel Hook is compatible with HealthCraft’s Easy Mount Hollow Wall Anchors, allowing for secure installation without the need for studs.

To install the Towel Ring, you can follow these steps:

• Select the Installation Location:

  • Choose a spot where the towel hook will be functional and accessible, typically near the shower or bathtub. ​

  • Ensure the location aligns with wall studs for support. ​

• Locate Wall Studs:

  • Use a stud finder to identify the positions of wall studs in the chosen area. ​

  • Mark the stud locations with a pencil at the desired height for the towel hook. ​

• Position the Towel Hook:

  • Hold the towel hook against the wall, aligning the mounting flange with the marked stud location. ​

  • Use a level to ensure the hook is properly aligned.

• Mark Drill Holes:

  • Using the flange as a template, mark the positions for the drill holes on the wall. ​

• Drill Pilot Holes:

  • Drill pilot holes at the marked positions to facilitate screw insertion. ​

• Apply Silicone Sealant:

  • Before attaching the towel hook, fill each pilot hole with silicone kitchen & bath sealant to create a waterproof barrier. ​

  • Apply a layer of silicone sealant on the back of the flange to ensure a watertight seal between the flange and the wall. ​

• Attach the Towel Hook:

  • Align the flange with the pilot holes and secure the towel hook to the wall stud using the provided screws. ​

  • Tighten the screws firmly to ensure stability. ​

• Conceal Mounting Hardware:

  • Slide the flange cover over the mounting flange to hide the screws, providing a clean and finished appearance. ​

• Verify Stability:

  • Apply pressure to the towel hook to ensure it is securely mounted and capable of supporting weight as intended.
