One universal frame that builds into six different homecare beds — manual, semi-electric or full-electric, in standard or low-height styles — simply by swapping colour-coded components. Lightweight head and foot sections let a single installer set the bed up without tools, and the self-contained motor can be swapped even while someone is in the bed.

• Universal frame converts between six configurations: manual crank, linear or dual semi-electric, and full-electric high/low in standard or low-height styles
• 450 lb safe working load covering the occupant plus accessories
• Square-tube steel slat deck resists sagging and wipes clean easily
• Moulded high-density polyethylene bed ends with a safety lock that keeps the frame seated on its hanger pins
• Glow-in-the-dark hand pendant with lockout, LED indicators and 9V battery backup that can flatten the bed in a power cut (electric models)
• Retractable full-rail receiver brackets are built into the frame, so no loose cross braces
• Optional half rails (15561HRAIL) and full rails (15561FRAIL) meet FDA entrapment and ASTM standards
• Tested to IEC 60601-2-52 and related electrical-safety standards
